The treatment will be carried out in an automated and/or manual way with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the GDPR 2016/679

In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 lett. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679 the personal data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected and processed and in compliance with the times established by law.
The storage of the personal data provided is determined on the basis of criteria of which the interested party can have information by contacting the contact details indicated above in point 1.
8. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Interested parties will be able to assert their rights as expressed in EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, by sending an e-mail to info@tinhatgames.it or by writing to the office of the Data Controller indicated above.
At any time, interested parties may exercise the right to:
